All tours are subject to the following booking conditions.

Payment for all UK residents can be made using the following methods methods: Cheque, BACS bank transfer or Paypal. Please email for further details. Non UK residents must use Paypal as described below.

To make a booking you must first complete the on line booking form and send a deposit using Paypal. A minimum deposit of £200.00 is required per person. Once we have received the deposit an invoice for the outstanding balance will be issued.

Alternatively you can pay the amount in full by clicking the "buy now" button below the tour that you are wishing to participate in. We will then send you a full booking confirmation.

The deposit is non refundable unless we are forced to cancel the tour due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances such as war, civil or political unrest. 

Payment in full is to be received by us no later than two calendar months prior to your holiday.

If you wish to cancel your holiday it must be done in writing by the person the holiday is invoiced to. Cancellation charges are as follows: We will only refund 50% of the cost of your holiday if you cancel within 56 days. If you cancel within 28 days of the commencement of your holiday there will be no refund. However if a short notice cancellation occurs, we may consider offering you alternative dates for your holiday.

Should we have to cancel a tour for any reason, we will offer you alternative dates or a full refund.

You will need adequate insurance cover for your holiday. All claims are to be directed through your insurers.

You will need a tourist visa to enter India. These are obtainable from the High Commission of India. 

Also you will need to visit your G.P for advice on medical vaccinations etc.  These requirements are your full responsibility. 

We will accept the booking on the understanding that you realise the risks and hazards that go with this cycling holiday, both on road and off road, plus any other activities undertaken such as parasailing. 

You must also realise that with this kind of holiday, there is potential for alterations, or delays to the Itinerary, however we will endeavour to keep these to a minimum. 

Flights are not included in the price of your holiday and we accept no responsibility for any delays, loss of baggage etc.

Bike hire is included in the price for the duration of the holiday. The bikes are yours to use at any time throughout your stay. This includes rest days, on the understanding that you are responsible for the security and condition of the bike.

When you sign the booking form you agree to abide by all of the above terms and conditions.
